INTACTA Technologies has secured microbrowsers for use on the Palm OS and Pocket PC platforms. The microbrowsers, working with the INTACTA.CODE enterprise software developer's kit (SDK), allow developers to provide 256-factoral encoding, compression, and error correction for mobile computing application.

INTACTA.CODE's technology was originally developed for the military. In one package it provides unique encoding, data compression, encryption, and error correction, producing `lossless' transmission.

The SDK and microbrowsers work with popular operating systems and platforms, providing cross-platform development. INTACTA.CODE secures information during transmission from backend systems to mobile computing devices such as PDAs. It also continues to secure the information on the device.

The latest version of the INTACTA.CODE Enterprise Edition supports C++, Java and Java Enterprise Beans, Visual Basic, and WebSphere environments. A trial SDK for the Windows environment is available for developers at the Intacta Website.
