The CC-100-SE Encoder/Server system for Monitoring and Surveillance was designed for environments where real time remote control is required and sharp, high-resolution video images are needed. Ideal for security, monitoring or surveillance applications, the CC-100-SE supports numerous camera packages that can be placed almost anywhere, including indoor, outdoor, and even in extreme environments, like underwater. Users can safely monitor any building, room, or object via a basic Internet connection, mobile wireless connection, and/or CCTV to anywhere in their facility. The SE system includes server/encoder hardware, LiveWave's innovative compression, streaming and remote control software, and a selection of various robotic cameras from manufacturers like Hitachi, Panasonic, Pelco, Sensormatic, Sony, and Canon. The real-time remote control functionality includes advanced professional capabilities, such as multi-cam switching with fluid pan, tilt, focus, white balance, iris, and zoom. The SE system can be remotely managed through the software application or even a standard Web browser, all in real-time. LiveWave's JPEG compression and streaming video technology provides full motion video over any IP or network connection. Depending on the bandwidth of the user, the system maximizes the frame rates while maintaining sharp image quality. This ensures high quality video images regardless of the bandwidth connection, from a slow 28.8 kbps modem dial-up, to T1s, ATMs, fiber or private virtual circuits used in Wide Area Networks (WANs).
