RackSaver has taken Intel's 2GHz+ Pentium 4 to a new level of density and performance with the RS-1133 server. Available in custom or turnkey packages, the 1U 19-inch rack-optimized server utilizes Rambus, SDRAM, or DDR memory, allowing for up to three hard drives, along with CD-ROM and floppy variations. Users will stack up to 44 of these 2GHz+ Pentium 4 servers in a standard seven-foot cabinet located in ISP datacenters where they will function as high-speed webservers, application servers, and database servers. They can also act as one powerful supercomputer. Each unit employs RackSaver's proprietary cooling subsystem that offers efficiency and reliability.

Features of the RS-1133 include AGP video, a 10/100 Intel fast-Ethernet connection, a 32Bit/33MHz expansion slot ready for high-speed interconnects such as Gig-E, Dolphin SCI, or Myricom's Myrinet. It is capable of supporting up to three hard drives, allowing for up to 300GB of storage capacity along with the CD-ROM and floppy already installed. The RS-1133 has an Ultra ATA-100 IDE controller, serial, USB, connectors, and supports both high and low voltage.

The RS-1133 in almost any configuration is immediately available. Configured with Intel's 1.6GHz Pentium 4 processor, 256MB Rambus memory, 8MB AGP video, 20GB hard drive, the RS-1133 starts at $1199.
