Psion Warms-up Freezer Handheld LineBy Susan Hospod Psion Teklogix added the 7035 freezer handheld, a rugged handheld device for condensing and freezer environments, to its 7035 handheld device line of products. The 7035 freezer handheld is the only device on the market with a heated liquid crystal display (LCD), increasing display refresh rates and providing clearer viewing capabilities. The 7035 freezer handheld is the ninth device to be added to Psion Teklogix' product roster for the freezer environment, and is the largest line of freezer devices available in the industry. The device is engineered to perform in condensing environments that fluctuate from 122 F/50 C to -22 F/-30 C. The 7035 freezer handheld is compatible with both 802.11b and narrowband radios, giving customers greater choice in the networks they can use. The 7035 freezer handheld is also equipped with a freezer-rated battery pack, providing workers with a full shift's worth of power and low temperature rated components in the main logic board. Designed to work in the toughest conditions, the 7035 freezer handheld uses a new blend of plastic and a pre-installed protective case that increases durability in cold environments. Link: |
